TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. These conditions of entry relate to the The Producers Reader Promotion.
2. Promoted by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654, 33 Moore Street, Liverpool, 2170. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to all residents of NSW only except employees and the immediate families of the promoter and their associated advertising companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Participants may enter the competition by calling 1900-956-077. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
5. Competition commences on 3rd May 2005 00:01 (EST) and concludes on 8th May 2005 23:59 (EST).
6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
7. Employees and their immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
8. Only one prize per person will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
9. The personal information submitted on this entry form is collected by Legion Interactive and will be used to enter you in this competition and for the distribution of prizes. It may also be used to send you further information about Fairfax Community Newspapers. 10. Prizes and values are as follows:
30 x Double Passes to see The Producers, each double valued at $168
The total prize pool is valued at $5040
11. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Fairfax Community Newspapers and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
15. Winners will be drawn on 9th May 2005 at 10.00am at Level 9, Westfield Towers, 100 William Street, East Sydney. Winners will be notified and sent prizes by mail. Winners will be published in Fairfax Community Newspapers issue the week commencing 16th May 2005.
16. The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
