1.These conditions of entry relate to the ST Patricks Day Guinness Promotion. 2. Promoted by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654, 33 Moore Street, Liverpool, 2170. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry. 3. Entry is open to all residents of VIC only except employees and the immediate families of the promoter and their associated advertising companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. 4. Participants may enter the competition by calling 1900-922-446. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. 5. Competition commences on 15th March 2005 00:01 (EST) and concludes on 20h March 2005 23:59 (EST). 6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 7. Employees and their immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. 8. Only one prize per person will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
